The name Tawa comes from the Japanese Kanji '' ta '' (much) and '' wa '' (Japanese). It represents the various Japanese knife traditions and skills, which have been collected all over Japan and cast into our own Tawa series. A core of VG10 with 32 (16|16) matt outer layers with a magnolia handle provides a traditional look.
