Party with the Chefs "Carnival Jungle" edition 2024

The Oku hotel in Ibiza opens this year with a gastronomic event, involving 11 international chefs who together hold 14 Michelin stars, on May 14.

For this edition we are specially making a Rooij Gyuto 210 mm "Feather" edition. This unique chef's knife is forged in Japan, but completely finished and sharpened in our workshop, here in The Hague. The feather, which is hammered in by hand, is equally unique.
