The beautiful wooden handle is solid, nice in weight and provides a great grip. Wood does not become slippery and gives a chic look. Thanks to the widening at the rear of the handle, you have good control. The curved tip makes it easy to insert at an angle.
In America they know what to do with oysters. After a long time I managed to get a few 'schuckers', as they are called in America, to come to us and they are popular. Good grip and strong in the steel, not too hard, otherwise they will break too quickly. Tip: do not stick your oyster knife in the ice during use, as the steel is affected by cold and can break more quickly.
