Which courier will deliver my package?

Packages within the Netherlands are delivered with PostNL.

Parcels abroad are also sent with PostNL, where a postal company in your country takes over.
There is also a possibility to send the package with DHL Express (except the Netherlands and Belgium), these costs differ per country. The shipping costs will be shown at checkout

What is the delivery time?

The Netherlands:
All orders placed are often shipped the same day, otherwise guaranteed the next day. We do not ship packages on Saturdays and Sundays. The average delivery time in the Netherlands is 1 working day. However, we cannot guarantee this, because we depend on PostNL. In general, 98% of parcels are delivered the next day. Would you like to know exactly when we will send your package? Outside The Netherlands:
All orders placed are often shipped the same day, otherwise guaranteed the next day. We do not ship packages on Saturdays and Sundays. The average delivery time varies per country. If you choose standard shipping, please allow 3 to 14 working days. Sometimes your package can take longer, for example due to bad weather, strikes in the destination country or delays at customs. Unfortunately we can't do anything about this.

When you choose DHL Express, the expected delivery time is 1 to 4 working days. This also depends on the country of destination and the time of ordering and shipping. Please contact us for exact delivery time.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, you can also pick up your order at our store. Then choose "pick up in store" at checkout. If you have any questions or would like more information about the knife, we can answer them right away. We are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. As soon as the order is ready with us, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Can I track my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you a personal e-mail with the Track & Trace code. With this code you can track the package and you know exactly when the package will be delivered to you.
